Return Request Form

It is very important that you fill in this form completely and accurately. Once done, you will be issued a CRO number. Returns will NOT be accepted without a CRO number being issued. If returning stock to our offices, please have your CRO number on hand when handing over the returned product/s.

Please fill out the form once for each item being returned. If returning more than one item, you should be able to click your browser's "Back" button after submitting to return to this page with all fields remaining populated, so that you don't need to re-enter your personal details such as name, contact number, order number and address.

Please take note for a smoother RMA process: Individual parts of a single product do not carry warranty on their own, and returned products need to include all items - for example, laptops need to include the charger, multi-pack fans need to include all fans and the controller if applicable, bundle products need to include all products which are part of the bundle, etc. To put it simply, everything which was part of a single item in your cart during checkout (available under your order history) and/or were in a single manufacturer's box needs to be returned.

If multiple open/used products are being for testing, only the product/s that test as faulty are eligible for replacement or credit. Product/s that test as no fault found will be returned to you as received.

In the case of laptops and monitors, returns are made to the authorized repair center, although we are happy to assist with the return process. In cases where you are geographically near a repair center, we may advise you of their location for a faster RMA process, but if you're more comfortable dealing with us directly we will gladly assist.
