Details of Fault:* Your System Specifications: Special Instructions: Please take note for a smoother RMA process: Individual parts of a single product do not carry warranty on their own, and returned products need to include all items - for example, laptops need to include the charger, multi-pack fans need to include all fans and the controller if applicable, bundle products need to include all products which are part of the bundle, etc. To put it simply, everything which forms part of a single line-item on your invoice needs to be returned.

In the case of laptops and monitors, returns are made to the authorized repair center, although we are happy to assist with the return process. In cases where you are geographically near a repair center, we may advise you of their location for a faster RMA process, but if you're more comfortable dealing with us directly we will gladly assist.
