The TXB170 is 4-port SATA III (6 Gbps) to PCI Express x2 Gen 3 Host Card. It adds 4 AHCI SATA III port to computer though a PCIe slot (x4), delivering multiple internal 6Gbps connections for high performance hard drives and Solid State Drives (SSDs). With full support for SATA 3.0 hard drives and data transfer speeds of up to 6Gbps, the adapter card feature a native PCI Express single chipset that provides enhanced compatibility, reliability and performance for internal SATA 600 MB/s storage needs.
