So draws the close of 2025, and what a year it has been! We couldn't have done it without you - in fact, we wouldn't be here without you! We would like to extend a heart-filled Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to each and every one of you, and if you're travelling, please stay safe on the roads and be extra attentive.
Couriers are currently operating at capacity, so please note that there may be a slight delay with collections and deliveries between now and the end of the year.
Due to Christmas falling towards the end of the week, our operating days and those of our distributors will vary somewhat this year. The below should help you with understanding what will be available on each day.
Ordering Q&A for 19 December 2025 through 4 January 2026
Are orders for collection possible?
We will be fully operational until 24 December 2025, but many of our distributors won't be. The answer is therefore "some," and with prior arrangements only. These arrangements can be made via WhatsApp on 010 900 0913. Please note that this number cannot receive WhatsApp calls.
We will be able to assist on certain days during the annual closure with sales for items listed here only. Please note that if you order for delivery, even if products listed here, dispatch will only occur once we re-open on 5 January 2026. No collections will be possible from 25 December 2025 until 2 January 2026.
Additionally, please note that items marked In Stock with Progenix will be warehoused locally but off premises during this time, so walk-in trade will not be possible at all. Orders for items listed here will be ready for collection within approximately 1-2 hours of payment clearing.
Is ordering possible during this time?
Yes, it absolutely is. Most orders will, however, only be processed when we re-open on 5 January 2026. The exceptions are listed above, which may be processed from 20 December 2025 through 24 December 2025, and again from 3 January 2026.
Can I pay using my card during this time?
You can, yes. Note that it will only be possible for items listed here, and that it will be with prior arrangements only. Arrangements can be made via WhatsApp on 010 900 0913. Please note that this number cannot receive WhatsApp calls, and that replies may be delayed during the complete closing period of 25 December 2025 through 2 January 2026.
Why are PayFast payments currently disabled?
It's for the reason listed above - we cannot be certain of availability once distributors re-open on 6 January 2026 once all stock feeds have updated to the correct levels. As such, we need to manually confirm stock of each order placed between 19 December 2025 and 5 January 2026 once both we and they re-open and process outstanding orders.
If I order while you're closed, can you guarantee availability of items not listed here when you re-open on 5 January 2026?
Not really, no. We will not be live-syncing with distributors during this time, so while it's unlikely, it IS possible for such items to sell out. Thousands of retailers use the same distributors, and it's possible that some will be placing orders between 19 December 2025 and 6 January 2026.
The distributors will process the orders from oldest to newest once they re-open, and if there are more orders received during their closing period than there is stock available, they won't be able to fulfill all orders. For this reason, other than the items listed here and completely excluding 25 December 2025 to 2 January 2026, no orders will be processed during this time.
I need urgent support during this time!
While support will be mostly closed, you can contact us via WhatsApp using the number 010 900 0913. Please note that this number cannot receive WhatsApp calls. As a safer bet, we ask that you mail sales@progenix.co.za as, depending on volumes, WhatsApp messages may be missed. We also ask that you respect that replies may be delayed as we, just like you, will be taking a well-deserved break during this period. At worst, we will get in touch with you when we re-open on 5 January 2026.
I have a sales query, can you assist?
Yes, please drop a mail to sales@progenix.co.za and it will be attended to once we re-open on 5 January 2026. We prefer you DON'T WhatsApp sales-related queries or anything that isn't critical during this time, as anything non-critical will not be answered until we re-open on 5 January 2026 and may be missed.
I need something credited, refunded, or returned for repair / replacement.
RMAs, credits and refunds will be closed for the year from midday on 19 December 2025 until 09:00 on 5 January 2026. Note that RMAs, credits and refunds need to be completed by this time, not just started. Items returned for RMA, credit or refund after 17 December 2025 will be started after 5 January 2026. Any outstanding RMAs, credits or refunds will be suspended until 5 January 2026. Credits and RMAs that have not been completed by midday on 19 December 2025 will be resumed once we re-open.
The last day for receiving RMAs for the year will be 19 December 2025. No local courier collections for returns will be booked after 13:00 on 18 December 2025, and no national courier collections for returns will be booked after 13:00 on 15 December 2025. Any such collections will be booked once we re-open on 5 January 2026.
Please do not send items with your own courier if you can't guarantee delivery by 19 December 2025, as the delivery will not be accepted.
